How it works
Answer 15 questions based on what is most important to you right now to see how you can improve your self-leadership and raise your game!

Welcome to the Self-Leadership Assessment.
This is a tool that can help you determine which areas of self-leadership would be most beneficial for you right now.
There are 15 questions. For each question, there are 3 statements. Choose the statement that best fits your situation right now. If 2 or more of the statements are very fitting, choose the 1 statement that is most fitting. If you feel that none of the statements are really that important to you right now, still choose the 1 statement that would be closest to fitting.
There are total 9 statements that will repeat in different combinations. By choosing the 1 statement for each question that is most important, it will essentially rank the 9 statements based on what is most important for you. Go through it fast; your first thought is probably correct.
To get the most out of it, think about your situation right now, what you are going through at the moment, and what is most important to you in terms of the issues, challenges, concerns, passions, goals and objectives you have right now in your life.
After completing this assessment, it will then give you a suggested order for reading the chapters in Tailored Approaches to Self-Leadership: A Bite-Size Approach Using Psychology and Neuroscience and a suggested journey to develop your self-leadership - like a choose your own self-leadership venture. Have fun, and enjoy the ride!
You’ll be scored against the following key areas.
